If you are unsatisfied with our mites at the time of delivery, we will either replace the mites or refund if you immediately notify us and return the unsatisfactory mites. THE WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES , EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. Under no circumstances will we be liable for crop losses or other incidental or consequential damages arising from or in connection with the application or use of our mites.
